of just $250.00 with a first month's payment coming 30 to 45 days

More Good News. One of our Lenders is now a partner with the City's
Head Start to Home Ownership Program (also known as H2O Program). This
allows their clients to get into our homes for literally nothing down.
The program can allow up to $15,000.00 for down payment assistance and
closing cost. This truly is the time to buy, once the market turns
around many of these programs will no longer be necessary.
Our marketing targets renters who have never owned a home and may need
help adjusting to home ownership, but we don't forget those looking for
a home for the second time. The low down payment and the help we offer
with the majority of the closing costs are just some of the ways we
